Big Game Day Party Recipes- Deep Fried Pimento Cheese and Celery Bites- #SundaySupper

Sunday Supper Movement




Nothing says Big Game Day Party like deep fired pimento cheese and celery bites! If you grew up in the South y'all know what I'm taking about. This mouth watering creation adds a little spice to your tummy and your game day party!

Ingredients:
1 12-16 oz.container  Pimento Cheese
1 stalk celery,ends and strings removed, chopped finely
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon season salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
flour for dusting
oil for deep frying
Directions:
Add oil to deep fryer(about 3/4 to top). Mix together pimento cheese, chopped celery, Italian bread crumbs, beaten egg and seasoning until well mixed. Scoop into balls with lightly sprayed ice cream scoop, roll in flour to coat lightly, place in deep fryer and cook until golden brown. Remove to paper towel to drain. Serve with ranch dressing.
