I don't like to bake in the summer, so I make a lot of refrigerator pies with non-dairy whipped topping and gelatin.
Today, I'm whipping fresh strawberry refrigerator pie with yummy in your tummy strawberries.
1 graham cracker crust
2-3 oz. pkg. Strawberry gelatin
1 pint fresh strawberries
12 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping
Combine thawed non-dairy whipped topping with strawberry gelatin.
Whip until stiff.
Slice strawberries to equal 3 cups; add to pie mixture.
Fold into pie crust; top with sliced strawberries(about 6 slices) add one whole strawberry in middle.
Chill about 3-4 hours before serving.
