Once again, I'm joining Behind The Curtain Dessert Challenge. I love these challenges! Here in the South it's been so hot, that I can't stand to bake anything, so I've been creating no-bake desserts.
Of course the South isn't the South without peaches. This month I whipped up a peaches and cream no bake pie that's so yummy in your tummy y'all.
1 graham cracker crust
16 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping (reserve 2)
4 medium size peaches
2-3 oz. pkgs. peach gelatin
Combine 12 oz. whipped topping with gelatin. Whip until stiff.
Peel and dice 2 peaches; add to gelatin mixture.
Fold into graham cracker crust.
Chill 3 hours.
Top with remaining whipped topping and peeled and sliced peaches.
